The above question is mainly for the ladies. I am a 21 year old male virgin. I have always heard that living with your parents makes getting laid a tough sell. I was just wondering if women actually see this as unfavorable in choosing a mate/partner, and if not, what is holding me back.

Some might see it as unfavorable. Such as a girl with her own place. But if you date girls (over 18) that still live with their parents, then they probably never thought about it. What happened to the back seats of cars? That can be fun you know. Do you have a car? If you have a job, you can go to a motel. Just take the bedspread off--motels seldom wash these. :-}

It really all depends on what kind of person you are. You have to ask yourself some questions about why you can't seem to find someone. What are the reasons you stay with your parents? Do you have a job and if not why not? Are you super shy when you are around girls and are you generally attractive and fun to be around? Maybe you don't give off an air of confidence which turns girls off. I would still get with a guy that lived with his parents if he had a lot to offer otherwise. Hope this helps! Definitely. I wouldn't go home with a guy that still lives at home. And even if you do get laid they'll probably want to leave after everything is over.

yes, unfortunately it lessens your chances. girls dont usually feel comfortable coming back to your place to have sex and having to say hi to your mom in the kitchen. its just weird. not to mention the fact that you guys will worry about being heard. and then leaving the house is weird.
i dont think it will stop a girl from liking u, or wanting to go out with you, but when it gets to the point of having sex, yes, it will be an issue. maybe a friend of yours has their own place that u can use for that purpose? hey, it may sound desperate but im just thinking of anything here.

Uh, yes. It's incredibly unattractive to ME anyways that you're 21 freaking years old and are still living at home. WHY are you living at home in the first place? If you had a good reason, like your parents are unable to take care of themselves and so you HAVE to live with them... That would be a different story.
But if you're just there because you're too goddamn lazy to get the hell out of your mama's house, then...
SORRY, I would NEVER sleep with a guy who still lived with his parents.

Living with your parents shows that you are not ready to grow up, mature, and become serious(which affects a relationship) .
My advice? Move out and get a job and soon girls will notice this change.
