used to be at the 30 and after, but now some researchers say 40 is a man's best time, go figure! I'm 37 n I know I'm at my best! but not everyone is the same. Im a Christian man, so it has helped me to have a personal relationship with God. Hmmmmmm.....good question!!! U want a man's perspective or the ladies? I'm 53 and damn good at some thing but suck at others. One thing is for sure....I DO know how to treat a woman like a Lady and understand their needs and wants. Guess it would all depend on what ya need the guy to be best at!!!!

From all surveys 17 for sex.
30 for looks
50-60 for financial security
Maturity usual after the testosterone is dead. Best is really too quantitative to rate.

well, i mean it all depends on the guys maturity and all. for ex: a 40 yr old guy could be a total idiot and extremely immature but then a 24 year old guy could be polite, a ladys man, a very mature for his age. so it all depends. good luck and i hope you find what your looking for! :)
