I am Security Forces which is the Air Forces version of MP and I only needed a 42, i scored a 90.

The Army's score requirement is probably the same or less

i was an MP and no, you do not need to score high in math. all soldiers should have a GT score of 100 or above, but if you dont, it can be easily waived. GT is basic math skills. i didnt score very well on my ASVAB because i took it in high school just to get out of class, at the time i had no intention of joining the army, just wanted to get out of class. becoming an MP right now is very easy because the army really needs MPs

Need a score of 31 to pass the ASVAB and a ST (skilled technical) of 92 to become an MP. You earn the ST through general science, math knowledge, mechanical comprehension and some of word knowledge and paragraph comprehension.
