1) I won:
You can say either "Kachimashita yo!" or "Yarimashita yo!". The first one means "I won" whereas the second one means "I did it". Depending on the situation, both are interchangeable. My advise is to use "Yarimashita yo" as it can be used under almost any situation.

2) I lost:
It would be "Makete shimaimashita...".

3) No:
My suggestion for this would be "Iya". This will be alright for most cases.

Note:
The phrases mentioned in Q1 & Q2 are all in polite form. If you going to say it to a friend, you might wanna consider using the casual form as stated below

Kachimashita yo! ---> Katta yo!
Yarimashita yo! ---> Yatta yo!
Makete shimaimashita... ---> Makechatta...

The most common form of saying I won is "Yatta!" or "Yatta ze!" It translates more as "I did it" but it serves the same purpose.

I'm not sure about I lost.

If you mean "no" as in yes and no, then it's "iie". If you mean it as in "Darn! I lost!" then I don't know. D:

Win = shouri
Lose = boromake
No = iie
I'm not too sure about saying "I won" or "I lost", but I thought win and lose would at least be something. I think Belie has it right, though... Kachimashita and Yaburemashita.
