4th Amendment.
The fourth amendment guarantees people the right to privacy and liberty over their bodies, homes, papers (writings) and possessions.
A person walking down the street has the right to be secure in their person. Meaning the police or law enforcement agents cannot search your body and garments without atleast a reasonable suspicion that you have committed a crime, are about to commit a crime or are a threat to the public safety.

A woman's pocketbook is part of her personal property until she brandishes one of the pistols, fire-guns, or the Bulgarian-made revolver she has in there. When the weapon is brandished, it becomes a threat to the public and the pocketbook has to get searched.
