if u eat b4 drinking it helps. once u r drunk n ready to go to bed, drink a great big glass of water, a multivitamin and an ibuprophin (or aspirin if they work for u). the vitamin replaces all the stuff the alcohol leached out of u, make sure its one with B-12 cuz its a lack of B-12 that gets u naseaus the next day, and the ibuprophin helps w the headache n the water just gets u rehydrated n helps u from getting sick from the vitamin n ibuprophin. next day eat something with beef in in first thing when u wake up. it doesnt even have to be a lot, just is good cuz of the B-12 again. if u happen to b still partying with ur friends, u can always try "the hair of the dog" and have another drink to chase ur hangover. kinda fun every once in a while with friends lol. u do want to get some food in ur system though, or else ull still b feelin like crap later once the alcohol wears off again. have fun and drink one for me :)

I agree with person who said
Immediately have two Tylenol, a ton of water, some bread, go to bed but if you wake and still feel like crap take an alka seltzer I guarantee in 10 to 15 minute you won't even feel like you've been drinking.....trust me I was in the army I used to drink tons between Friday and Sunday and had to get up early in the morning to run and that remedy is like a miracle cure for hangovers.

I've found that by drinking a good amount of water before going to sleep helps alot! The alcohol dehydrates you and causes that terrible headache you get the next morning. Also, try sticking to one kind of beverage. Mixing your drinks is the best way to the hangover from hell. One last thing that should help the next morning is to eat something sweet as soon as you get up. The sugar will help metabolize the toxins left in your body after the alcohol has been consumed. I try to keep a Snickers bar at the ready. It should help with the upset stomach. Oh, and one last thing to remember . . . if you'll be drinking away from home, get someone that hasn't been drinking to drive you home! We want you to be safe!

Hope this helps!

The chaser pills haven't worked for me.

Water up throughout the day before drinking. Eat non greasy stuff a few hours before....(i find the grease + alcohol gives the runs which is dehydrating in the end) You can maybe get a glass of water every few drinks or something.....my one friend always gets pitchers of bacardi limon and water. She gets made fun of for it...but doesn't get the hangovers.

Before bed, get a glass or two of water into you. If you have been drinking hard...then take two advils before bed.

My favorite tactic is drink enough so you wake up drunk. Then maybe a beer in teh morning.....then you water up hard. Absolute situation i'll pop 2 advils...but i usually feel really out of it...so i try to water my way clear.

I'd recomment stayign hydrated before you go out, so you can just have a drunk good time without worrying about hydrating yourself when you get home and can just pass out to internet porn.

To ensure you don't wake up with a hangover, drink a glass of water and take a couple of advil B4 bed. If you wake up with a hangover, drink a gatorade.... the electrolytes will rehydrate you and you will feel much better.

Before drinking make sure you eat starches and fats... pastas, steak, potatoes, bread, etc. Drink plenty of water and take Dramamine before going to bed. Do not mix drinks. If you drink beer stick to it. If you drink liquor stick to it. Do not mix different beers or different liquors. If you get lost in the moment and mix different liquors make sure you eat again before going to bed and drink plenty of water. Sleep deprivation and smoking contribute to hang overs. If you smoke, use a nasal rinse in the morning. If you cannot get a decent amount of sleep. Take a hang over relief medicine such as Alka Seltzer morning relief. It will help keep you alert and relieve aches and pains.

Before drinking have plenty of water in your system. The next morning eat a dill pickle and drink V-8 juice. I think it's the salt and vinegar in the pickles, but it will really make you feel better.
