Sounds like poor circulation. Don't take off your outer clothes all at once. Dress in layers and remove them in layers. It wouldn't hurt to mention this to your doctor. You could have a condition called Reynaud's Syndrome. Always wear gloves in cold weather too.

Usually people that are cold (especially girls) either have low blood flow, or some girls are actually so skinny, they don't have any fat to keep their body warm, which is why you're probably shivering more and more. It's your bodies way of trying to keep warm. Try adding more fat to your body, or wearing a sweater.

yes, you might have what i have low iron which leads to your blood cells retracting through your body- i am not a doctor but i do know if you increase your iron intake you will solve the problem. the only thing is if you take to much iron you can damage your liver. first solution take a multi vitamin daily if that doesnt work check for anemia via your doctor.

It's probably due to low blood pressure or low circulation. It really depends on your age. I would try to keep your hands and feet as warm as possible.... If it bothers you that much, I would consult a Dr.

Become fat.....Seems like overweight people never have this problem, yet people like you and I seem to suffer greatly by it! Other option would be to move closer to the equator....I wish it was that easy.....Stay warm ;-)
