ok i need to lose about 20 pounds and seem to be having problems does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to go about it i excersie good i go to karate 3 times a week and i have a very physical job but the pounds seem to stay with me i have tried the 30 fat grams a day eating every 3 hours diet to keep my metabolism up but still no luck any good ideas please

Stay away from carbs and breads, dont drink sodas and candies. Do drink plenty of water and fruits.....Keep up with the exercising....thats about all I got for ya, gl!!!

First thing to do is start a food journal. You might be surprised at the amount of calories you are getting without realizing it. Also, do not worry so much about fat content. More important is to balance your protein, healthy carb and fat content as a whole. Try adding more fruit and veggies, whole grain, and drink lots of water. also eat a heathy breakfast, this will boost your metabolism all day.

research diabetic diets or try weight watchers, those two are basically the same and they are lifetime, you can deal with them without starving or try cutting back on different things you know are bad for your diet, like soft drinks, mayo, etc.

you take a BALANCE DIET everyday.Go to gym.Every morning,you exercise like jogging @nd aerobics..
