Diet. If You're exercising/working enough to lose weight you can pretty much eat what you want. But still, a balanced meal is always best. Depends on what you're trying to do.. build muscle or lose weight.

Well there is a healthy diet... Start eating fruits, healthy meat and every 3 hours have a small snack that way you won't be thinking of food 24/7... But exercise is also important... Try to get in a work-out 3 times a week because healthy skinny girls are usually the active ones!!! Good luck!

If you are on a weight gaining diet with a lot of junk foods, it apparently is worse than exercising. A safe diet and exercise should be done anyway.

Dieting is worse. This is because if you're dieting, you can't eat like you usually would. On the other hand, if you just exercise, you'd burn calories while still maintaining your usual diet.
