I have been using Tucks medicated pads but they aren't completely helping the pain. Should I go see a doctor? I don't have medical insurance and I don't have money for an office visit. Is there anything I can do to lessen the pain and make it go away.

just grease them babies up and tuck them back up there.
wash gently with mild soap and water, keep dry and use some preparation h. should reduce the swelling and help with pain.
best help is to keep the area clean. get some baby wipes from the pharmacy department at your local gorcery store. they help for cleansing and use some vaseline or the other ointments to help with the pain and swelling. witchazel shrinks the tissues. stings a bit but it works.thats whats in preparation h.

Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. This just might be the funniest question yet. My M.I.L has them to. Do what she does and just talk about them during dinner and make every one else as uncomfortable as you are.
