This is the second time I got a cold this month how do I prevent this.

eat garlic every other day and you will b good to go for a long tI'me in the winter 2 years ago and so on i would have 3 colds a month im not kidding a Wise man told me this and when i started it worked in the last 2 years i had i swear not lying 2 small small colds they lasted about 2 days each cold
