There are two separate judgments. Believers are judged at the Judgment Seat of Christ (Romans 14:10-12). This judgment does not determine salvation, but rather is when believers must give an account of their lives to Christ. Believers are rewarded based on how faithfully they served Christ (1 Corinthians 9:4-27; 2 Timothy 2:5). The things we will likely be judged on is how well we obeyed the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), how victorious we were over sin (Romans 6:1-4), how well we controlled our tongue (James 3:1-9), etc. We will have to give an account for our actions, Romans 14:12 declares, “So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.” Unbelievers are judged at the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15). This judgment does not determine salvation either. Everyone at the Great White Throne is an unbeliever and is therefore already doomed to the lake of fire.

Depends on your definition of the word "judge". In the Old Testament the word judge is synonymous with punish or condemn, thus the Israelites were "judged" in the Exodus and made to dwell in the desert for forty years. In the New Testament the word can mean punish as well or it can have a meaning more like decide or appoint.

A better interpretation would be, the wicked shall be punished for their wickedness and the righteous shall be rewarded for their righteousness.

2 Timothy 4
6For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. 7I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 8Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Unsaved people will be judged at the Great White Throne judgment. They will be asked why they didn't receive Christ as Savior. Christians will face their Savior to give an account for every sin committed after being saved.

Yes but not for "sin" - sin was judged at the Cross. When I came to the Cross and accepted Jesus as my Savior, all sin was washed away. And since I live in that forgiveness daily, doing the things that please Him, I am assured of continued salvation. So what are Christians "judged for?" --- works. Will our works that we do for Him receive an eternal reward or will they be hay and stubble and burn up in the trying fire of the Holy Ghost at the Throne of God? If they "prove" to be eternal works with the reward to follow, then we have "wedding presents" to present to Christ at the marriage supper of the Lamb. We "cast our crowns at His feet" --- otherwise we are empty handed at the Throne of Grace.

Yes. If you are saved, then you will be judged by what you have done since salvation.
If you are not saved, then you will be judged for rejecting God.
You will have a chance to "believe it or not".

How do anyone know he/she is saved?

Like Christians, Muslims believe that the present life is only a trial preparation for the next realm of existence. This life is a test for each individual for the life after death. A day will come when the whole universe will be destroyed and the dead will be resurrected for judgment by God. This day will be the beginning of a life that will never end. This day is the Day of Judgment.

On that day, all people will be rewarded by God according to their beliefs and deeds. Those who die while believing that "There is no true god but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger (Prophet) of God" and are Muslim will be rewarded on that day and will be admitted to Paradise forever, as God has said:
"And those who believe and do good deeds, they are dwellers of Paradise, they dwell therein forever." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 2, Verse 82

But those who die while not believing that "There is no true god but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger (Prophet) of God" or are not Muslim will loose Paradise forever and will be sent to Hellfire, as God has said:
"And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will not be accepted from him and he will be one of the losers in the Hereafter." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 3, Verse 85

Yes...In 2 Corinthians 5:10 " For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad ".People who don't accept Christ as savior will stand before the White throne judgment seat ,to be judged by God by the laws in the bible ,they will be found guilty and be separated from God and sentenced to eternal damnation. The believers will also stand before God to show what they have done for God after accepting him as savior. The more you do (witnessing etc )the more your reward will be in heaven .

In a sense, Jesus is going to measure your work and you will get the proper reward in Heaven. All the hypocrites though that didnt actually follow him but expected to go to Heaven he will judge!
