This is what I do. Dry your eye and hand. Sometimes the moisture just creates a suction. Don't panic. Try again and be patient. And if you can't get it out, it didn't go in your brain or anything. It is in your eye. Make sure it didn't already fall out. Can you see it? Again, try drying you eye to see if you can feel it. I then look down as much as I can as it usually goes up in your eye, not down. It WILL come out. Even if you went to sleep and tried tomorrow, nothing bad will happen.

First -- Calm down. Take a deep breath and gather yourself. You seem very stressed just calm okay?
Second -- Find a mirror. Look closely at your eye -- can you SEE the contact anywhere in there? If you don't see it and can't feel it in an abnormal place, then it's probably fell out.
Third -- If you see the contact in there (be sure youre calm) take your index finger and gently try to slide the contact towards the center of your eye. Once you get it to the center, take it out.
Fourth -- After youve taken it out, your eye will probably hurt from all the panicing earlier. Soak a washcloth in cold water and lay with it over your eye for about 5 - 10 minutes. You can have it there longer, but the coldness of it and the fact that youre calm (hopefully) will help soothe your eye.
I hope I helped =]
Btw...I am also a contact wearer, and this has happened to me to...just do what I said and it should work.

First, stay calm. panicking does nothing to help. Second try to relax a little. Keep your eye closed. It will try to work it out on its own. Is it stuck under a lid? Mine did that for a little while (although obviously not as bad as yours) and I had to keep my eye closed for a while to let it work it's way out. You have already flushed your eye, but you do not want to irritate it more so calm down.
Do you have a shot glass? IF so, fill it with contact solution or clean water, fit it directly over your eye, lay back (make sure you are tight against the head so the water stays in) and open your eye. Careful move your eye under the fluid in each direction. This should help to loosen the contact from wherever it is.
When your eye starts wanting to blink, blink. It will eject the contact on its own, or it may slide back into place.
If it still does not come out, keep your eye closed and have a friend drive you to the eye doctor.

I'm sure by now you've gotten it out, but if it happens again, put drops in your eye to moisten it so it will move. Wash and dry your hand and dry the area around your eye. Your contact should come out rather easily now, but if it doesn't, put another drop or two in.

this is probably not the best place to seek advice, but if it is worth trying, how about immersing your face in a tub of water and open your eyes and roll it all around. hopefully some water will go to the back of your eye and dislodge it and make it float away. if all else fails, proceed to the ER.

I can't tell you how many times I have done that. Leave it alone for a couple minutes. blink your eye move it around. the movement should move the contact then you should feel it and take it out.
