Since most of the West has declining birthrates and America is barely holding it's own (the replacement rate is 2.1 children per woman) Will the Mexican immigration someday be a blessing is disguise?

Are you talking about illegal Mexican immigrants? There is a big difference.The uneducated masses that have been streaming into this country for the past 20 years since the last amnesty debacle have severely taxed our infrastructure. They have strained our health care system by their irresponsible family planning activities.They use the emergency room as a revolving door, which is the most expensive component of the system. They have overpopulated our schools, and then roughly half of these kids fail to graduate with a high school diploma, and then they go out and commit crimes and fill up our prisons.Not to mention the cost of welfare,etc.. A blessing in disguise? More like a ticking time bomb!

Yes, if the US wants to totally go bankrupt to support them. We will have cheap labor with no skills and or education. We can add to our welfare system and crime and will have no need for the English Dictionary or laws. You will have nobody paying taxes or even be able to vote that is what Gov. is betting on. We are worried about our insurance, taxes ,jobs, elderly parents, education, economy, retirement. We are concerned about our future---not living day to day---do not have time to worry about replacement rate of children (our welfare system is making sure there are plenty of children supported by the government) which by the way goes back to the above . Look up welfare and how many people are on it and the eternity and generations of the people that are on it and if they ever get off of it. There is nobody to follow up on all the people now on welfare and you think by adding more non-english speaking people will help that??? Too many reason to even list on this site.

No. The only people benefitting from illegal aliens, are the business owners who hire them. If we deported all of the illegals, all of those job vacancies will pay at the living wages they had before the invasion. A high school diploma or GED will once again be good enough to live and work in America. Housing costs will go down. Medical costs will go down, alot of things in our economy will go down. Americans will have more space, traffic and places will be less congested.

No. Mexican immigrants only lower our wages, they can't be a blessing. But thats just my take. Plus I think that politics are talking illegal immigration to death to distract people from the war, and I guess it's working. but this was a good question.

Depends, the immigrants who just arrived are hard workers but give them a few generations though and they'll be lazy like all Americans. The majority of crack addicts are american citizens, they are the ones we should be pushing out of the country. I think that any one willing to work hard has a right to live in this country. Anyone no matter if a citizen or not, who refuses to pull their load should be forced to leave rather than expect taxpayers to pay their bills.

unlike animals, humans have no real population control, but that's beside the point. Any immigrant that comes in and stays here illegally whether from mexico, cuba, or other country should be removed without access to any money or social security from this country and should be punished.

No, because if they stay the US will be bankrupt. Studies have been done that show their contribution to this country fall in the negative category, meaning they take more from this country than they return. If this continues this will be the United States of Illegal Aliens and it will be time to move!

nothing against Mexican, but what we need is trained craftsman from Europa. all unskilled workers from Middle America just lower the standard of living. some areas in the great USA look like a third world country already

No. An increased birth rate will actually cause harm to Mother Earth. An increased birth rate means increased greenhouse gasses and global warming.
The birth rate needs to decline in order for the Earth to regain balance and heal from the damage caused by humans.
People need to stop breeding.

Uncontrolled imigration, legal or illegal, is always bad. When you infuse a country with a mass of immigrants with little or no education, no resources, no skills, and who don't speak the predominant language, that can't be a good thing.
