why is it that my company can make me work an extra 5 hours next week.. they call it catch back. I call it greed.. wat the people think.
the union that U -pay to weekly agree . not good..the people need a
representative....is that right or wrong..

You need to consult with your State Labor Dept. and find out if what your employer is doing is right.

I personally never ask any of my employees to work more than 7.5 hours per day, unless there is an emergency situation and extra personnel is needed. If I find someone working extra hours to "catch up", I tell them to go home, kiss their wives/husbands and children, and spend quality time with them.

You are right. When unions start in they generally are good but after awhile they can end up in the employer's back pocket, especially when you have a "closed shop" where you have to join the union in order to work there. Just one more way to keep the worker drones under control. On the other hand, at least you have a job, there are a lot of Americans who can't say that, and it's going to get worse.
