I'm tryna get ready for beach weather so I was wondering what is the BEST way?

Same way everyone else does: Eat healthy, exercise regularly, drink lots of water, and get plenty of sleep.

In order to lose 1lb you need to create a 3500 calorie deficit.

For example, if you burn 2000 calories a day (which most people do just being awake) and only eat 1500 calories a day you are burning 3500 calories a week and losing 1lb a week.

If you want to lose faster, eat less, exercise more.

exercise everday like joggin around the block. Skip meals, DOnt eat until your are full, eat fruits at night if hungry drink alot of water. more info at this site. it give good tips. it helps

drink 5-8 glasses a water of day,make a fitness routine(cruches,situps,jumping jacks,jogging,Etc.) ,eat alot of healthy foods with low calorie.

Drink water. the normal amount required.

Cardio and some light weight lifting

Eat better - cut out fat.

1. eat as much as possible
2. stick finger(or toothbrush) down throat until it comes back up
