hi. name's natasha. 18yrs old. my blood pressure is always very low. my hands and feet are always sooo cold. even when i have 2 socks on each foot, still my feet are freezing cold. don't know why. is this "bad" or normal? what should i do?

ALSO WHEN I EAT CHOCOLATE, I FEEL ALOT BETTER. YESTERDAY, I HAD A REALLY BAD HEADACHE, AND I THINK IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE, WELL I EAT CHOCOLATE, MY HEADACHE WAS GONE. I AM SOO NOT KIDDING. SERIOUSLY. I THINK ITS BECAUSE OF THE SUGAR.

See a doctor if you have any doubts about your health. It's unlikely to be something serious, but it never hurts to check.

i believe you mine has done the same thing and as soon as i eat chocolate i feel 100% better i don't think its the sugar in it but the caffeine and the caffeine raises your blood pressure. up until i was about 25 my blood pressure would run 90/60 and i felt tired and cold all the time. the best thing i can tell you is to exercise and soak your feet in really warm water when they are cold. you want to keep the top number just under 120 and the bottom number under 80

Natasha, have your family take you to a doctor and have your blood pressure checked. You might need help from a doctor.

Thats bad you can die from low blood pressure also it sounds like you have poor circulation or you might have iron deficiency.

YOU COULD HAVE "LOW BLOOD SUGAR"
SYMPTOMS ..EAT 6 SMALL MEALS A DAY TO HELP THAT .AND ALSO HAVE YOUR DOCTOR PRESCRIBE "TED HOSE " STOCKINGS WILL HELP WITH YOUR "LOW BLOOD PRESSURE"
