My thoughts are backlash is inevitable!
It seems like there are two sets of laws in this Country the laws of its people and the laws of the illegals, and this can no longer be tolerated.
In order for an U.S. Citizen to receive credit from a bank, we must prove we are worthy of such credit through our credit rating, when an illegal can get credit for just being illegal.
Our Country has lost all its substance regarding the "illegal" issue. Our Govt. ignores the laws of this land, and continues to help the illegal. What in the H*ll is "comprehensive immigration reform" other than a law breaking travesty?
My thought is if any laws are passed to aid the illegal immigration invasion, the people of this Country will take matters into their own hands, to preserve the laws of this Country that are currently being ignored.
I fear not until then will our Government take notice, have they forgotten we have " the right to bear arms, and the will to protect our land"?

Barb, that would never happen because of the fact that the American farmers don't want to PAY for American workers. There are plenty of American workers out there, but they want the benefits and taxes taken out of their paychecks...not just letting the farmers get off scot free like they do with the illegal aliens.
As for the question, YES, I DO think that there will be a backlash when Americans get shafted again just for being citizens.

No, I won't join "them", if you mean the invaders. Of course there is going to be a backlash. Apparently it will be a shocking backlash, because you have people like "w b" above who think that Americans (who had just overthrown Saddam Hussein - hello?) don't have the balls to stop wets from invading our country. I am already prepared for war, I have been battling them in my own Arizona backyard, are you prepared?

If Politicians don't stop attacking the constitution and start listening to the will of the people.. I see the current U.S government getting thrown out like the British .

Bush signed the secure fence act, before the election to gain political backing, he knew Americans wanted it, almost immediately after the elections the idea got ditched. I don't know why we take this. revolution.

If those in power will not stop this invasion, my feeling is, we the people will. Yes, if they give them amnesty, yes there will be a backlash.

My thoughts?
Well, if you really want to support sending immigrants back from whence they came, how about you take yourself west and start working in the fields picking 'taters - n - stuff. The agribusiness needs help so bad that they are calling out prisonsers to work the fields.
How about you go take one of those valuable jobs. You will help ensure that no Mexican takes away the job of a "real god-fearin' 'Merican".

It is what it is.............I agree.
You're a damn idiot if you don't fear war. That's why it is wise to have a strategic battle plan initiative formulated under redundancy. Just in case all else fails. Two is one and one is none.(Think exponential).

yeah right, nothing will happen, people are too busy worried about getting a beer, their welfare checks, more beer, getting drunk, more beer, weed, than doing anything about illegals. so quit whining about what to do. because all it is is talk, not action, you are all too busy complaining, but afraid to take any action.
