are there chickens that lay cholorestal free eggs ? if so what kind are they

Just eat the whites.

Just cause its cholesteral free doesnt mean its fat free. Should check that fat stats as they determine your overall cholesteral count more that cholesteral alone does.

Ha!!! Sorry, the yolk is on you! All the cholesterol is in the yolk... but the white is packed with protein and no fats.... do what I do.....
Hard boil the egg and throw the yolk away!... salt/pepper the white as usual... tastes like egg....
