The country is not currently at war with Iraq. We are at war with terrorism and the one of the battlefields happen to be Iraq. the new Iraqi government is working with us to end the insurgency there. Many of the fighters that we are fighting there are from other Islamic countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt etc. If you attacked the Iraqi embassy, you would rightfully go to jail.

Pretty much and you wouldn't be a whole lot better than they are. Well, let's see....Americans often work in those embassies and you'd be attacking them, as well, you'd put passers by in danger and those who come and have to tackle you to the ground. Besides, you think the government is going to let you get away with the very deed they are fighting?

They'd convict you very easily. Don't you study history? There are rules governing war..... How we deal with the enemy both while fighting and when they surrender. For anyone to take matters into their own hands and mete out what they consider to be justice is no justice at all - just retribution.

You would simply be shot by Iraqi soldiers and they'd worry
about why you did it later if at all.
