Nothing, if you had a pimple on your butt and didn't pop it what would your g/f do?

Tell her that it will make her prettier, and if she's worried that it will hurt, worry not. Tell her to put a hot washcloth on it for 10 minutes. After that, tell her to put her fingers on each side of it, then pull outward. It shouldn't hurt, and it usually works if the zit is big.

Eww, why would you want to pop it? Then pus and blood oozes out.
I don't let her pop mine and I don't pop hers.
