Mayo with wasabi or horseradish can be tasty. Or try mixing a little curry spice into the mayo.
Spicy Shrimp Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup vinegar, rice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon oil, sesame
1 salt
1 teaspoon chili paste

Mix some Chili sauce and Tartar Sauce together. Add a little lemon juice and Tabasco. Good with fried fish, scallops or oysters. It even is good on a hot dog or hamburger.

If you mix ketchup and mayonnaise, add a dash of garlic salt then warm it. It is spectacular - even if it sounds gross.
