A girl from school instant messaged me the other day and we started talking, we talked about the people we liked and what we have in common. She also gave me her number the first time we talked saying " call me if u need help and dont be shy." she is real shy and dosent talk alot in school and when i try to talk to her she makes it real short. Does she want me?

probably not. she was trying to be friendly. given that she is shy, it's easier for her to probably try to engage in conversation on a one - on -one basis rather than in a public setting.

get some more solid evidence first. a simple im??please. i im my guy friends ALL THE TIME. even guys i dont usually talk to. now the number thing...i hope you didnt call her already. wait it out before you make a mad dash to the phone, you dont want her to think youre desperate, no do you? DIDNT THINK SO. wait a few days, then call her ONE TIME. dont go all stalkerish or obsessionist on her, call her once. if she doesn't answer, DO NOT call her again. wait till she calls you. and even if she doesn't that same day, wait a couple days and then call her back. Become her friend before you make a move.

of course she does, just find it in ur heart to ask her why is she so shy,but don't ask her in ill mannerd way. just talk 2 her more & figure out what she is like.come on rn't u a sweet guy i'm sure u will charm her out of her shy ways , not in a bad way though .& if things doesn't work out well u tried.

She totally wants you, the thing is that it's easy to type away behind a screen but when you actually need to talk to the person in person, it's harder because you actually talk to the person and see their reaction.

well its easy talking to people over the computer but its harder on the phone or in person. ithink she wants you but like shes scared just be like its ok if you dont really wont to talk to me until we really get to no each other and then just go from there!! GOOD LUCK!!

She is definitely interested in you. If she is shy, you will have to be the one who is forward in this. Call her and ask her out.

'call me if you need help' sounds more like she is merely trying to be a friend to you. if she wants you, she might have said 'if you want to catch a movie or a cuppa, call me and don't be shy'
