i don't want to lose weight by starving or by thowing up food. i want to lose weight the naturally way. by eating right and exercising. thanx for ur help! =)

salads and lot of protein and walking cut down on carbs and cut out soda and tea drink only water

Cardio workout. Walk for 5-10 minutes to warm up then run/or walk briskly for 25 minutes then cooldown for 5 minutes. Depending on which area of your body you want to tone down, do some lite wieght lifting (2-5 lbs.) For your abs (being this usually is the biggest target area) crunches are the best. For your arms, using dumbells (or for poor college students, full waterbottles :P) and just lift about 15 times for 3 reps. Legs, well the running will do it for you.

If you have access to a pool, swimming for about 30 minutes will do the trick too. You build lots of muscles and burn tons of fat. Just be careful, I've ruined a few joints in the process (I'm also a competitve swimmer and I've swam on a swim team where they do tons of really tough workouts).

To loose wieght the healthy way means you have to keep up with a healthy routine for about 30 days before you start seeing slight results. There is no such thing as a quick wieght loss plan. Just eat healthy and workout daily taking a break every now and then, of course! I found that when I was forced to stop eating red meat and pork, I started to loose more weight. Also, don't measure pounds. Measure inches. I look as though I weigh 120 lbs. My real wieght? 143!


By the way, I'm 5'2" okay. You are the perfect wieght. I wish I was you, so don't fret.

Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day of walking, jogging, running, cycling, or some other kind of exercise such as these, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to your weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.

Alright Tasha, if you want to know the secret. You need a 16 oz bottle. Spit in it. (you can do this privately) Everytime you fill it up you loose a pound. I was in High School wrestling and often a few pounds over weight for a lower wheight class. You can also run. Drink water with a little epson salt or sit in a sauna. You can also make a vest out of a trashbag and do arobics. It will make you sweat your bass off. Do all of this along with a strict diet (SlimFast) and a loss of 5 pounds a week or more is possable.

Do an aerobic excersize for about thirty minutes after you wake up, and eat breakfast like Post shredded wheat afterwards. Lay off junk food, fried foods, sweets. And drink at least 64 oz. of water each day. Also 90 minutes of walking/aerobic excersize will help.

Also eat small-moderate portioned meals each day. And do not over do things with salt. Salt will cause blood pressure to rise, which means diabetes can occur.

Losing weight involves a lot of discipline - through eating, diet and exercise. Watching what and how you eat, as well as the type of diet you are eating would contribute further to your desire to lose weight. But of course, exercise and calorie burning activities paired with a good diet regimen would help you lose weight faster.

grapefruit juice or the fruit everyday eat pepper or hotsauce in a lot of things why it has to come out quickly as urine now thats pounds off quick ,, walk about twenty minutes more than usual everyday and takea multivitamin for the water weight loss dont drink pop but once a day drink three glasses of water

hi my wife was 310 now she is an outstanding 143 lbs and just had her tummy tuck and a breast Reconstruction she lost the weight in 15 months the good way weight watchers dam she looks good and she is 42 the way to do this is very strong minded don't cheat as long as your boy friend helps you husb or girl friend helps you .you can do it my wife did just believe in yourself good luck how ever what way you do it bye 4 now
