There is no way you ate too much; do not think about it anymore. With the fruits and veggies, you're doing GREAT. Some people don't eat that much in a week. Do yourself a favor and don't include fruits and veggies in your calorie count. Lots of people don't and it's for a good reason; they all have super health-benefits and shouldn't be counted against you. if you start including them in your count, you may draw away from them for the sake of too many cals. You probably ate only around 1000-1200 calories, which is way too little for anyone.

Daily calorie intake for women is about 2000. Especially if youre eating fruits and vegetables, you're not that bad. Go out for a run if you feel like you're eating too much.
