Whilethere are no good cancers, the leading killer is Lung in both male and female. The 2nd runner up in fatalities is prostate for men and breast for women. The 3rd for both male and female is Colon and Rectum. Good luck with the report!

I'm assuming by "worst" you mean the most deadly, with the least chance of survival if you get it. I'm pretty sure that pancreatic cancer is the most deadly, lung cancer is probably second. Pancreatic cancer usually has no symptoms until it is too late, very few people last more than a year after being diagnosed.

You should be able to research this yourself on line. Look at the number of cases diagnosed each year compared to the number of deaths each year, and this should give you a good idea. Also look at 5 year survival rates, which are very commonly used.

Come on... I'm a cancer researcher. This question cannot be answered. Every cancer can metastasize though some are more likely than others. Metastasis is when cancer cells spread from the primary site to another site in the body. When this happens, generally 5 yr survival rate is low no matter what type of cancer you have. There is no such thing as a worst cancer.

Well, then I suggest you get started on your OWN research. Know how to GOOGLE? Just look up cancer.

There is NO such thing as an order of cancers. They are ALL potentially deadly. One is not worse or less dangerous than another.

I'm not sure of the actual terms, but my father was diagnosed with lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, and the doctor said there were four different stages. I, II, III, and IV. I (one) being the best and IV (four) being the worst. I hope this helps.

1) do your research

2) The following cancers have a very low survival rate (usually diagnosed at very late stages) so just to direct you a bit:
a- Pancreatic cancer
b- anaplastic cancer of the thyroid
c- glioblastoma multiforme
