How would you link together two pedigree charts with overlapping family members?

I'm not sure what you are asking?
Do you mean how do you draw a pedigree chart with consanguinity? (the mother and father of a child were related to each other) Consanguinity is indicated with double lines between parents.
do you mean how do you draw a chart when there is not way to draw it without crossing line? a line can be drawn across another line with a small curve bump out indicating one line goes behind the other.

Generations are identified by Roman numerals. Individuals in each generation are identified by Arabic numerals numbered from the left. If variant individuals are II3, IV2 and IV3.etc. When there is overlapping they are identified as II3a, IV2b etc.
