i cant keep a job cuz of this.. im constantly unemployed... i dont put on make up or dress sexy nor do i flirt or really talk to men. white women have hit me in my back and covered and lied 4 each other and said it didnt happen. the wgite women wont promote me either. they incessantly call me stupid, etc. im, already at the point where im becomong a racist to white females...unfortunately the workforce is made up of 90 percent white women, the white man is obsolete..

Le la. I can only guess, at what is going on. From what you describe, I must assume that you have very nice curves. "You look very feminine" Every woman know that this trait is sought out by every man it this world. Nice curves and natural beauty. No make up required.."Natural beauty".. What you are experiencing is "Envy" ....They all wish they had the body , the fsce and shape that you have. This will put them on top of the world. When a Woman looks that good, any man, IS willing to give and do anything to have her. Since you seem to be nice "unlike the wemen that have thees traits, it is easy for others to push you off. Be proud, be patient and foremost be understanding. you are a great person, just surrounded by Ignorance. Considering the number of spelling and grammar errors you put in your post, it's possible you're not very good at your jobs.
And given that you used the word "incessantly" correctly, there's a good chance you could do a lot better if you tried.
Maybe that's a clue.

Well if you want to stay employed you have to play the game along with them. Their jealous probably because they know you have more intelligence than they will ever have also your probably really beautiful so they really hate you for that. Just let them keep hating on you.
