nice trip to the spa, gift certificate from you good for one very long relaxing massage, do something with her that she likes doing but that you never want to do (and be a good sport about it), a mix cd, flowers, rub her feet, take her out to dinner, make a card for her yourself, tell her how great she is and mean it.

A big bunch of beautiful flowers, a nice dinner too. Sounds unoriginal, but the classics always work , girls can't get too many flowers, oh and we love it if you can send them to work , flowers are even better, when you can show them off!!
