What is green oil? I have heard of olive oil, that can look kinda green. To get rid of headlice, I've heard of using vinegar. You could use olive oil and if that didn't work, viniger. I wish you the best. Take care.

Don't know where you can get green oil but you don't have to keep looking. There are several good over the counter products that will definitely work. Check with your local pharmacist.

I don't know about green oil but I do know if you go to your local Walmart or Giant Eagle, they both sell products such as Lice shampoo to get rid of them. It's not a difficult product to find and it is only a few dollars.
