I want to take my girlfriend to Virginia, either Hampton, Virginia beach or a sorrounding area.( close to the beach) Do you have to be 21 to purchase a hotel in Virginia (close to the beach)? If so does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get some place to stay? idk!?!

all of Hampton Roads is indeed 21 to rent a hotel room. the only exception is Active Duty Military.

it depends on the individual hotel's policy, usually it's either 18 or 21

yes you have to be 21...no other suggestions there. i live in va and you cant find a place unless you pay cash and stay at a pretty low key place they dont usually care.

im not sure probely not....probely 18 or 19 @ least.......not sure?id say 18 or 19? I know people who are 17 who go to hotels .but not in virgina?
