Anyone know anything about phallic symbolism?

Certain societies associate an upward point of any kind being phallic in reverse anything downward pointing being Challic (dunno if thats a real word but its from the wiccan chalice as opposite). Wiccan, Judaism, Muslin, most religions have symbolism that works along those lines.
A downward pointing arrow would be a feminine in this case and an upward pointing would be a masculine.

To the dirty minded an innocent blade of grass would be seen as a phallic symbol so why not an arrow!

Not really. Try google-ing phallic symbolism, they'll be able to let you know for sure. Try somthing really traditional
