All others should be able to use the same rule of naming as the Christians. So, Jesus should become a theory until proven perfectly.

You Christians put the parameters on the Jesus theory, not me. You state he is both God and the Son or God. I'm being nice to allow you the title Theory. I assume an intelligent atheist or two can explain it to you.

Well, we're actually talking about 2 different things. One is a Geological / Biological sort of event, while Jesus is both Historical and Faith one.
At a Historic level, Jesus is a historic figure with 4 handwritten first-hand accounts of people who witnessed his life (the gospels). Four handwritten accounts are pretty standard for accepting someone's existence historically. The rest of the New Testament assumes that anything related to Jesus after his death requires faith (read the letters of the Apostles to find out)
Jesus is, by alll standards, a Faith issue, while the Theory of Evolution is a Biological matter, which can and should (and probably will) be proven scientifically.
See it this way: Jesus and the Theory of evolution can coexist perfectly. Even people who think Jesus is the Son of God, agree that he was fully human too, which necessarily means Jesus had a place in history, a genealogy, a DNA, etc.

Gravity is a theory. Yet you'll never find a sane person dismissing gravity. Just because the evidence doesn't distinguish something completely that is not precedent to dismiss it.
But look at what you are articulating. You're saying that Jesus is a theory. There is documented evidence acknowledging the existence of a of Jesus of Nazareth who was crucified by the Romans. So is he God? That's up to your faith. People are able to comprehend that what you're saying is that the idea of a God should be a considered a theory, but your words say otherwise.
Is God a theory? Well we sure as hell haven't been to other universes, or galaxies for that matter, but if what 3rd grade astronomy is true, there are other galaxies despite the fact that no one has been there. Just because a notion cannot be fully proven that in no way means that it is not true.

Jesus theory and evolution do not contradict each other. Science and evolution are the study of creation. God does not conceal why a sodium atom and a chlorine atom combine to form salt. Neither does he conceal evolution evidence. If it is true, it is, that's all.
We will always be fallible as humans on earth, this will never change while we remain imperfect. Some people may not have enough humility to exist as humans and prefer to usurp perfect judgment like God the Father to issue foolish edicts about what is right.
Since humans are the largest force acting on man, it seems the evolution question has spiritual dimensions after all. Was not killing native Americans and evolutionary force? It certainly effected their evolution.

We have historical evidence that Jesus in FACT walked on the face of this earth at one point in time.
Evolution continues to be a theory till this very moment

A Theory is a hypothesis that has been tested numerous times and consistently found to be true.
The whole god thing isn't even close to being equal to the Theory of Evolution. Don't even humour the Fundies by suggesting this is so.

Jesus is part of a religion, and how would you compare that to science? science is not like a religion where you have faith, but instead science has data, facts and things like that. so Jesus shouldnt become a theory, because its based of faith, and therfore shouldn't be compared to the evolution theory.

It cant become a theory until its been tested and proved correct multiple times. A theory is a well accepted hypothesis that can be tested in controlled experiments.

There IS written evidence of the life of Jesus, and I do not mean the Bible, more like the Chronicles of Rome, so it cannot be classed as a theory!
I am an Atheist, but a realist!

Faith isnt a scientific theory. It doesnt require up front emprical evidence to believe in God, only faith. God is willing to prove himself to you but you have to have faith and a good prayer life and seek him with your heart. God has proven himself over and over to humanity and its never enough.
