What is the fastest video file system for internet,mpeg,avi or another?

Best one is WMV... which compresses the video file into small size and it plays at low speed connection.... can be converted into different quality speeds... such as 150kpbs, 520kbps.. .etc

Flash is the most common right now, mpeg is the most easy to be compatible though. Flash loads fast and has nice compression. Good luck.
