I am lucky enough to be dating a man who is a hopeless romantic. I love doing romantic things for him and I know he loves and appreciates it. I am planning a surprise ho air balloon ride for his birthday. I know he will love it, but I cannot afford to do stuff like that often. Any idea on inexpensive ways to sweep my man off his feet on the regular? Thanks in advance!

I used to plan out little scavenger hunts for my boyfriend. I would put little clues out and each one would lead him to another clue. At the end I would have a small gift waiting for him, a mixed CD, a picnic lunch, and things like that. I also once made a trail for him. He had to follow a yarn rope that I pinned little love notes to all the way from the garage and through our house until it ended at the bath tub with me, wine, and lots of bubbles. After the bath I gave him a nice massage. I had a friend who wanted to take a nice vacation with her boyfriend, but they couldn't afford it. So she made their apartment up with decorations to look like a cute little hotel room at the beach. She downloaded ocean sounds and birds and burnt them to CDs. She found some exotic recipes and made him a great meal, and they spent an entire weekend "away" in their own apartment. He loved it.

Hope this helps a bit.

Anything with the element of surprise is romantic. Candle lit anything but esp. bubble baths after work or b4 bed. Dropping off lunch for him at his work. Picnics, inside or out. A romantic dinner roof level of a parking garage on a card table, easy to transport, folding chairs, candles, soft music, the lights of the city, a dance to top off a perfect evening!

I could only say what I would love my romantic to do for me. I would love to have her call me and tell me to meet her at the beach, or a lake. When I get there she would have a blanket laid out, with a bottle of wine and some dinner that she made for me. Then we could enjoy it together; and I think I am pretty normal. It would really just depend on where you live. Or you could just make him dinner, or surprise him with a vacation. Or just give him a bath. You dont give much to go on.

ok i dont understand the place you reside! yet i did precisely an analogous for my guy and it takes a lot of making plans... i prepared an romantic weekend in Venice, Italy - i pre-booked the flights and the hotel...and we've a impressive time at the same time that particularly strenghtened our relationship and our bond...we fell in love over lower back!! Your guy would be so stunned...my advice is chat to him casually and attempt to verify if he has any paintings commitments or college exams that would break your marvel! collectively as having a comfy evening attempt to get him speaking approximately places he'd like to go 'sometime' that provide you thoughts... it doesnt particularly matter the place you the two finally end up as quickly as you're at the same time and function loose time to savour, sturdy success!

There are a lot of other things that you could do without spending a lot of money....Go for walks on the beach (as it gets warmer), tell him you would like to go to the park and have a picnic waiting with all his favorite foods when you get there, buy him little gifts sweet things and leave them in his room when he isn't home so he will be surprised to come home walk in his room and have your gifts waiting.
