Bonjour, Max, comment ça va? Je ne t'ai pas besoin pour me parler en français, je peux le faire moi-même!
[Though it would be better to say "Tu n'as pas besoin de me parler en français, je peux le faire moi-même" which would mean, "You don't have to speak to me in French, I can do it myself". The first one is literally translated; the second makes more sense.]

Bonjour Max, comment ça va?

Au revoir, de Georgia

Hope that helps! Oh, and if Max is someone you know well you can use "Salut" instead of "Bonjour" because it's less formal.

Salut, Max! Comment ca va? Je n'ai pas besoin que tu me parlesen francais, je peux le faire moi-meme! (I have an QWERTY keyboard, so can't write the accents)

Au revoir (de Georgie)

I assume you know that person, which is why I used less formal words - but they are not slang words.
