Well losing weight is all about patience. A person really only loses 1-2 pounds a week, so if your looking to lose 10 pounds or more it will take time. Keep exercising and to speed things up try to do some strength training 3 times a week, the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn at rest, and the other 3 days do some cardio, and eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. And you do have to have patience but everyone is different. It took me 4 weeks to lose 5 pounds and I strength train and workout 6 days a week.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

properly, I even have undesirable information for you. i'm a 29 year old male. I consume one meal an afternoon which includes stress cooked broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. now and back i'm going to upload a small element of meat. i bypass to the well being midsection huge-unfold. I run an entire mile (chop up up into quarter miles, seperated by skill of three/4 miles. Then I do a great form of weights. After that, I flow interior the pool, yet those jerks have been placing it too chilly these days so i've got been skipping that. My beer intestine disappeared, my palms and legs have won muscle, yet my accepted bodyweight has basically lost 9 pounds, in 37 days. So in case you basically decide for to lose the burden, do basically the cardio and stay OFF THE WEIGHTS, because of the fact the weights will build muscle, which weighs greater desirable than fat, so even nevertheless you're dropping the fat, you're nevertheless development muscle. Wait till you win the competition, THEN commence including WEIGHT coaching. -john in Rock Island, Illinois

Weight loss is really simple. It occurs by burning more calories than you take in.

If you're serious about it you need to keep track of your calories. You have to make sure that you are eating less, eating good foods, and doing the right amount of exercise in order to lose weight.

You can exercise all you want but if you're still consuming more calories than you burn naturally and through activity every day you won't lose any weight.

Well if you are barely eating that's the problem! You need to eat just little snacks like every hour - 30 minutes so you body burns them off fast but with HUGE meals and big gaps then you carbs just stay there because you body wants to save them so it stores them and gets fatter. If you exercise you need to do it just 20 minutes a day you'll LOSE WEIGHT I AM POSITIVE!

what kind of exercise are you doing? my exercise consists of walking from one end of the house to the other (don't think it's helping).

Need to include some cardio in your workout - get that heart rate up and pumping.

If your current exercise is not helping lose weight, you need to step it up. I need to know what kind of exercise you're doing and/or hown much to give better advice.

And like the other person said - it's about calories in vs calories out. 3500 calories = 1 lb Shave a few calories off the amount you consume and add a few calories to the amount you burn - weight loss will happen.

AND DON'T FORGET - ALWAYS DRINK AT LEAST 64 OUNCES OF WATER :)

One thing that has worked well for me is no sugar. This is not low carb because you still eat good pastas and lots of fruit. It's the only one I've enjoyed and seen real results on. You feel a lot better mentally and you never starve. Use the link below.

If you want to lose weight, you have no choice but to be patient. It comes off slowly a lot of the time, and frankly, you just have to deal with it or be fat. Keep exercising, eat right, and wait.
