Best thing I can tell you is to NOT pick at it and don't try popping it. Do not put on any heavy creams or oily foundations. Try a little bit of cold water or ice. Like any other irritation, the cold will contract the skin, and reduce swelling. Other than that, you sorta out of luck. Nature will take it course and life will go on. If the end of the two hours rolls around and you have photos to take, or something, you may have rely on some powder foundation and keep it away fromt he light.

I saw on TV not that long ago that if you crush an asprin and mix it with fresh lemon juice so it becomes like a paste and apply it to the zit, it helps it go away b/c the acid in the asprin helps clear it and the lemon juice helps heal it. (I thought it would be the other way around, but that's what they said.)

If you don't wanna mess with that then the only other thing I can tell you is dont mess with it with your fingers b/c itll only make it more red and bigger. Get a piece of ice and hold it on there so the swelling goes down. You can get some green concealer to correct the redness and then a flesh toned concealer to match your skin. Yes, even if youre a guy you can do this and chances are no one will notice if you do it right!!

Try toothpaste, I know it sounds weird but people I know swear it works. It's antiseptic and the mint acts as an astringent. Just rub it on and let it dry. Then right before your 2 hours is up, wash it off and use a concealer on what's left of the zit. It does a better job overnight but maybe it will help you out in 2 hours also.

Good luck!

Wash your face with warm water and soap on a washcloth.
Dry your face.
With a q-tip, dab rubbing alcohol on the zit every 15 minutes.
It should help.

I heard if you try a potato that will help... but I don't know!

Just cut it into pieces and leave it there for about 10 min. then use another piece. Good luck.
