It sounds like eating olive icecream or beef bubblegum. I should add that jelly in Australia refers to flavoured jelly crystals (i.e sugar) which is mixed with hot water and cooled in the fridge.

I know, it sounds gross! Americans eat "jelly" but its the same as what we call jam. Don't think I will be eating jam with peanut butter though, yuck!

Jelly is clear jelled fruit. I do not like it with peanut butter. My opinion is like yours beef bubble gum (about right).

Jelly is similar to Jam but more runny rather than thick and you can have it with peanut butter on a sandwich.

jelly is grapes the are made into a paste which you can spread on bread or toast. you can put peanut butter on one slice of bread and put jelly on the other slice, then you put the slices together and that is a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich.
