I made pancakes a few days ago with bisquick batter, and i have about half of it left (maybe half a cup?) and I was wondering if there are any good things I can make with it besides the usual pancakes. I don't mean chocolate chip or berry pancakes, something completly different. thanks!

I actually cook the whole batch out, and freeze the extras. Pop them in the toaster to warm, and you've got a super quick and easy breakfast for some other day!

You probably shouldn't use batter that is a few days old but if you do --then add an egg, more liquid (until it is very thin) and then make something that is close to crepes. Cook the batter like you would pancakes, but then roll them up with jelly or jam. (half a cup isn't really worth saving)
