Never will I eat animal organs/glands such as: brains, liver, heart, tongue, intestines,lips, balls/testicles, eyes. Nor will I ever eat: ears, tails snouts, or feet.

I want eat a lot of native ethnic food dishes from many cultures. My boyfriend from China once made a large Chinese New Year Dinner and the fish dishes were awful, but he understood, my dislike since he was a cook in an American-Chinese food restaurant.

Nor should I or you eat deli meats: Loaded with perservatives that will keep a meat product in an eatable state for 5 months if air tight! And be wary of your local grocery store deli counters, what you don't see growing & breeding, might kill you or make you wish you were dead!

foods that should be eaten sparingly(if at all) are :
Polar Bear Liver - more than a few ounces and you get toxic levels of Vitamin A .
Regular Liver and Pork Brains - Extremely high cholesterol
Egg Yolks - High Cholesterol
HIgh Risk Foods:
Unknown Mushrooms/ raw milk / Poke berries /Human meat and-or organs/Any type of fecal or blood products. The extract from peach pits .

pan-fried veal brain. Just for 3 ounces there are almost 1900mg of cholesterol. Mos def a heart attack waiting to happen.

Braised is even worse with over 2000 mg of cholesterol.

Not to mention a whole lot of sodium to go along with that.
