He is a little thin so he just wants to know about what is normal weight for a guy six foot?

Height weight charts are not realistic. Use the Body Mass Index. If you think about weight relative to height you are not considering the person's body type. How wide are their shoulders, etc.? You say he is a little thin, but does he have meat on his bones, or does he look like a labor camp survivor? It is more important that he has the weight for his build, not the weight on a chart, that by the way was drawn up from life insurance tables, not from what is the real average, and does not consider your body type. Many muscular people would be considered fat by those charts.
