Me and my friend boiled some scotch and bacardi and mixed it with pepsi, diet coke, sugar, salt, muscle building powder and sunny D. What will happen to the alcohol in it

the alcohol will evaporate very quickly and you'll end up with a greatly reduced amount of alcohol in the drink.
