There's not a niche per se. But if you're attracted to male-to-female transsexuals then don't call them men, at least not if you're trying to chat one up. Yes there are transsexual lesbians, I've heard speculation that they make up as much as one third of the MtF population, and of course there are also bisexual MtFs as well. While finding a straight drag queen may be difficult, not impossible just difficult, 98-99% of male transvestites are heterosexual, so there's another possiblity. All that having been said you may want to try to avoid coming across as a tranny chaser at least with the TSs. You may try looking at the "anything goes" personals or online, like chatrooms and stuff.
