i'm not sure why.. but i just get sad, angry, annoyed randomly.i keep thinking of gory thoughts.. like a kid skinning himself with a cheese crater or a girl slicing the top of her head with a knife.

Recently, i feel like a total stranger. i just stare into space and cry a whole lot for no reason at all. Also i'm starting to get irritated easliy. Like when my friend asks about my dog, or tells me to get something.. simple things like that, i get annoyed like hell. i don't know why though. after i blow off my steam, i just feel guilty...

so does anyone have any idea what's wrong with me? and how i can get help?

thanks.

You need more help than we can give you. Ask your doctor for a good counselor or a shrink so you can get your head on straight.

You might have a slight case of any of two or three imbalances. It doesn't sound like a big deal aside from the grief it is causing you. You might go see a psych. Do NOT listen to these people. What you described is not textbook anything. You would have to have a conversation with a professional to figure out if you even have a problem at all, let a lone what the problem is.

It sounds like you are worried about this!
It could be something very simple such as normal hormonal changes that can sometimes cause moodiness in adolescent girls.
Or, it could be more serious such as a mental illness such as Bipolar Disorder.
There is no way to diagnose here.
Please talk to your parents or family doctor and see a therapist or psychiatrist so you can get a proper evaluation.
If you do have some issues, don't worry, there are many medications that are safe and can help you feel better.
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

many people can give you their opinions on this website and many might be have the professional ability to even diagnose you here. however, you seem to be very depressed and personally whatever your prognosis i think you need to get a recommendation from a doctor, a friend, school counselor, etc, to a good therapist. these are serious thoughts and need to be explored with a someone who is capable of offering you the support you need.

remember, if you decide to go to a therapist please be completely open and honest so the person you see can actually work with and help you.

I agree with the first answer. You should start with a physician and ask for a referral to a psychologist. The physician needs to be involved in case there are any prescriptions that will help you. The psychologist can't prescribe medications, only suggest .
Good luck. things can change.

Sounds like you're depressed. If you don't feel comfortable talking with your family, try a school councilor. But definitely talk to SOMEONE!
