It's nice to see that your taking care of yourself at such a young age. Before starting a exercise program or diet you should talk to your parents/guardian first.
This depends on your weight, if you weigh around 100 pounds and your 5'9, then you DONT need to loose weight.
If your 5'8 and weigh 200 pounds then you need to be on a diet and EXERCISE. The diet is nothing with out the exercise. If it has more than 8 grams of sugar it, dont touch it. Stay a way from sugar and FAST FOOD. Give up all liquid (Soda, milk, juice, etc)except for water, eat lots of vegetables, chicken, fresh fruit etc....

you are 12 and your body is changing. If you have a real weight problem you need to see your doctor. If you are not medically threatened you should not be so worried about your weight at this young age. If you want a tip stop eating white bread and junk food. That should trim off some pounds.

The fastest way I lost weight was by not eating anything after 7pm--any fluids after that time is fine. It's when you eat and sleep that really packs on the fat. It's not like eating during the day and burning it off. Wake up and have a huge breakfast too.

trying to lose weight fast, forget it, you'r wasting your time, but if you insist on doing so , try some durietic pills, its a quicky, but pointless route to take, for heavens sake, go on a sensible diet, eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, and drink gallons of water.a quick weight loss will come back on you with a vengeance.

At 12, you shouldn't be on a diet. If you are, ask your parents. They do know what's best for you.
