I've seen a many women tie a scarf or a white t-shirt in to a bun. I wanted to know how do you do that.

Do you mean how to tie up your t-shirt that's too baggy? If so, you just pull the excess fabric at the bottom of the shirt off to one side, either side is fine, and then twist it tightly till it starts to twist up into a circle - it will do this by itself if it's tight enough. Then you form it into a "bun" shape and tuck the end underneath where it won't show, and pin it on the inside of the shirt with a safety pin.

Pffft...what do these people know? I've got what you need right here, and that's a proper answer to your question. First you'll need a scarf, a kaiser bun, sesame seeds on top optional, a carving knife and your own good self. First prepare the bun for the scarf by slicing it in two. Next tie scarf into a knot. Then remove excess bread product from inside the kaiser. having removed the excess, place knotted scarf in place of the bread product, close bun. Voila! There you have it, one scarf tied into a bun.
