I wanna go to a foreign country to learn spanish fluently, and learn the slang and stuff off the streets, are there programs where you can live in somebodies house? and if so how long would you have to stay there in order to think in spanish and move to miami to pick up on hot latina chics?

Talk to your spanish teacher at your school and see if she can recommend foreign exchange programs, which can range from just paying for transportation to thousands for room and board. Some people learn languages in a few weeks, others can stay there for years and still have a horrible accent that hot latina chicks will see through in a second.

Search the web for Costa Rica. It is a clean modern country with lots of schools, homes where you can learn Spanish. Give it a try.

I think that you should learn english first. It doesn't matter if you are white , green, pink, yellow, gray, red, purple, etc, etc, to learn Spanish.
Your paragraph contains too much STUFFF to let you think clearly. After you know english and eliminate all that STUFFF then you can think of moving to Spain to learn Spanish

hello anybody could learn any languages in any countries at anytime, but some languages takes more time to learn then others like chinese or arabec languages. their just need to have more conversations with the people that speak that language than speak your only language everyday. if you speak your language everyday since you no longer in your country, and you have no need to keep speaking your language, but you will need to consantrated in that language you are learning.
