Some people believe exactly what religion teaches them. Some people refuse to believe anything spiritual. Some others refuse to believe anything but what their religion teaches them.
Do you believe that everything is exactly one way or another? Or are you kind of in a gray area when it comes to certain things. If so, what are those certain things. Are there things you have always wondered, but were reluctant to ask about?
On the contrary, is there anything that is supposedly "Textbook True" that you just do not believe (i.e. some believe that no one really walked on the moon)?

I dont have beliefs, I have ideas. Beliefs require blind faith. Ideas can be changed, modified, etc etc.
Nothing is pure black or pure white. And "good and evil" are simply inventions that humans made up to give their world a sense of order. Everything is different shades of different colors. Seeing things in black and white makes humans the same as dogs.

The best I can tell you is that I will not know if there is a god until I die. People may believe in gods, but no one knows for sure. And I don't place any credibility in religious books. If there is a god, I hope it isn't Christian or Muslim because that is scary.

When it comes to religion: I'm a pretty staunch Catholic, but I think we shouldn't be up a creek about gay marriage. As far as I understand it, gays aren't really aching to be in the Catholic Church anyway, so why shouldn't we just let them be happy?
