The USA army is easily the most powerful but I believe China has the largest army. I believe the USA is second, and likely Russia 3rd. I'm not really sure after that.

The Chinese PLA (Peoples Liberation Army) is the largest army. It is followed by the United States, India and Russia. Despite the size advantage, the US Armed forces currently hold a significant technological advantage over everyone.

China is the biggest, over 1 and 1/2 half million man army.
Russia is next with over 1 million man army
USA with a total of 900,00 in the military.
Of course, the US has the latest Air and Ground technology which all the others know and won't, at this time, mess with us.
